Job summary

Vail Resorts in Littleton, CO is hiring for a Service Tech in a world-class rental shop. No experience required; training provided to service guest equipment and deliver an exceptional outdoor experience.

The role offers a starting wage of $20 per hour with winter seasonal employment for 2026/2027. Flexible full-time and part-time hours may be available, with a minimum age of 18 and housing not provided.

Qualifications

• Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform tuning and repair services for guests - we will train you!
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
