Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont, is seeking a Service Tech for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. This full-time role provides equipment services and information to guests for an exceptional outdoor experience.

You’ll perform gear maintenance, tuning, and repairs, while collaborating with teammates to uphold safety standards. Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• 1-3 years leadership experience or ability to lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude for ski/snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May assist with cashiering, retail, rentals or other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs. (ONLY FOR WINTER)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.

The expected pay range is $21.92/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
