Trane Technologies plc in Fishers, IN is seeking a Rental Account Manager to drive the growth of our temporary cooling rental solutions. You will develop opportunities, prepare quotes, and coordinate deliverables with Rental Services teams.

Travel to customer sites is required; you will design turnkey rental proposals and work across markets to expand non-emergency rentals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of experience.
• 3+ years experience in commercial HVAC systems or rental equipment/services experience.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, valid and in state with clean record for 12 months minimum.

Responsabilités

• Develop and close sales opportunities to grow emergency response rentals and expand into non-emergency markets.
• Create accurate technical rental solutions based on customer needs and existing equipment offering.
• Develop rental quotes from initial request to proposal for turnkey solutions.
• Coordinate with Rental Services teams and develop market strategies for temporary solutions.
• Coordinate shipments and returns to and from jobs with Rental Services fulfillment.
• Travel to customer job sites; may involve outdoor work and mechanical/equipment rooms.
