Trane Technologies is hiring a Rental Sales Leader to drive the Rental Services business across the United States and Canada for temporary cooling, energy, and thermal solutions. Reporting to the General Manager, Rental Services, you will own the overarching sales strategy and lead a cross-functional team to achieve revenue growth.

You will develop long-term customer relationships, enable the regional sales force, and partner with leadership to expand into new markets while maintaining

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field or equivalent.
• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial services or asset-intensive businesses.
• Proven P&L ownership with revenue growth and margin performance through a distributed sales force.

• Own and execute the comprehensive sales strategy for Rental Services across the US and Canada.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business development and commercial resources.
• Support the regional sales organization with strategic direction and sales capability building.
• Drive CRM-driven accountability and performance metrics across the rental portfolio.
• Develop key account plans, penetrate new markets, and expand demand for rental solutions.
