Job summary

Holland Pump Company is seeking a Service Manager with rental experience to lead our service/repair department in Tampa, FL. You will supervise staff, optimize service operations, and act as the primary contact for customers, delivering solutions in a fast-paced rental environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily workflows, monitoring performance, managing inventory and vendor relations, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction and service

Qualifications

• Experience in service management, rental experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with budgeting and financial basics.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of service/repair department.
• Ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement procedures for service operations.
• Identify problem areas and recommend solutions.
• Monitor service personnel performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor parts and materials inventory.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Train, coach, and motivate service personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on service metrics.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
