• Proven experience in a service management role (rental exp preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage daily operations of service/repair department.
• Ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement procedures for service operations.
• Identify problem areas and recommend solutions.
• Monitor service personnel performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor parts and materials inventory.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Train, coach, and motivate service personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on service metrics.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
