Job summary

Holland Pump Company seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast to lead a team across 4–5 rental locations. You will implement strategic sales plans, drive growth, mentor staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 8–10 years in rental industry management with at least 5 years in regional or general management, plus strong leadership, budgeting, and CRM Salesforce proficiency. Travel across the Gulf Coast is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and performance of 4-5 rental locations within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and profitability in the rental market.
• Manage and mentor staff to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor financial performance (P&L responsibility) and prepare reports on key metrics for senior management.
• Optimize resource allocation and logistics to maximize service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and service delivery.
