• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate (intermediate).

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data in marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns to grow relationships.
