• 1+ year in customer service with issue resolution preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness.
• Meet overall market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile customer concerns to grow the customer base.
• On-Call representation as scheduled.
