Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a Rental Sales Management Trainee. This fast-paced program blends sales, operations and management as you rotate across locations with a 18–24 month path (potentially 12 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year or more customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Aim to meet Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulations.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
