Ryder System, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Rental Sales Management Trainee for a fast-paced program designed to develop sales, operations, and management skills.

The role involves rotational responsibilities, performance-based progression, and exposure to location and regional management. The program may complete in 12–24 months with possible acceleration, including OT, a full benefits package, and 401(k) employer match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or similar field.
• One year or more customer service experience with issues resolution preferred.
• Must be computer literate at an intermediate level.

Responsabilités

• Handle the sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile customer concerns to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
