Ryder System, Inc. in South Boston, MA, invites you to join the Rental Sales Management Trainee program. The role is designed to fast-track your career in sales, operations, or management with an 18–24 month rotation and potential to complete in as little as 12 months.

Expect structured weeks, rotational Saturdays, and a competitive pay with OT. You will gain hands-on experience supporting location and regional management, while contributing to customer relationships and business growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or similar
• One (1) year or more customer service with issue resolution experience preferred
• Must be computer literate intermediate required

Responsabilidades

• Handle the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
• Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
• Manage all rental asset processes includingVehicle PM and cleanliness standards
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies
• Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain relationships and grow customer base
