Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar related degree.
• 1+ year of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales processes and solicitations.
• Maintain data within the company's marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness.
• Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile customer concerns to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
• On a voluntary basis, perform On-Call Representative duties as scheduled.
