Job summary

Ryder is offering a Rental Manager Trainee program in Florida designed to develop future leaders. The program runs 12–24 months with possible faster completion, includes rotations through sales and operations, and offers competitive pay, benefits, and 401(k) matching.

You will support location and regional management, handle inbound/outbound calls, build relationships, and learn to manage rental asset processes while relocating as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or similar related field.
• One year or more of customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulations.
• Reconcile customer concerns and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
