Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a Rental Sales Management Trainee to start a fast-paced career in sales, operations, and management. You will handle inbound/outbound sales, generate leads, and support location and regional management while gaining hands-on experience.

The program is 18–24 months, with potential to finish earlier based on performance, and includes a full benefits package, 401(k) matching, and a sign-on bonus of $2,000. Monday–Friday first shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or related field.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with standard software.
• Willingness to relocate in the region/US after training.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the marketing database.
• Manage rental asset processes including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile customer concerns to grow the customer base.
• On-Call Representation may be required based on scheduling.
