Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• One year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution.
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and outbound solicitation for sales and processes.
• Maintain accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet Ryder market share through sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns to grow the current customer base.
• Perform On-Call duties as scheduled and as assigned.
