Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (business administration or related field).
• At least 1 year of customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and process.
• Maintain accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used-vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns to grow relationships.
