Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current data within the company's marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reconcile customer concerns.
• On-Call Representative duties as scheduled; perform other duties as assigned.
