SIXT, a global mobility provider, is hiring a Rental Sales Agent at the Downtown Buckhead branch. You will be the first contact for customers, upsell upgrades and services, and prepare rental agreements while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.

The role blends sales targets with customer care in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.50 with uncapped monthly bonuses, flexible hours, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Upselling and closing skills with targets drive performance.
• Direct customer contact experience, ideally in retail, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; team-oriented and flexible in shifts.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to increase value for customers.
• You prepare rental agreements and handle inquiries, staying organized and service-oriented with a smile.
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the SIXT fleet and products.
