You will upsell upgrades, handle rental agreements, and meet sales goals while providing a friendly, professional experience to every customer. This role offers flexible hours, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped monthly bonus plan tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Proven upselling and closing skills with targets.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Fluent English communication and clear interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays; full-time or part-time.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for customers—friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
• You prepare rental agreements and handle inquiries in a service-oriented, organized manner.
• You meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining expert knowledge of the SIXT fleet and products.
