Job summary

Sixt Rent a Car, LLC. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate at our Florida branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly service while upselling upgrades and protecting packages. You’ll handle rental agreements and respond to inquiries with a smile.

Ideal candidates enjoy sales, can meet targets, and will stay informed about the full SIXT fleet. Flexible hours include weekends and holidays, with an emphasis on service excellence and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• You are communicative and articulate in English

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
