SIXT is seeking a customer-focused team member in Ohio to drive sales and deliver outstanding service at the branch. You’ll be the first contact for customers, assist with rentals, upsell upgrades and services, and prepare rental agreements with a smile.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and you can earn an hourly rate of $16 with uncapped bonuses. We offer comprehensive benefits and employee perks.

Qualificações

• Sales and upselling experience with targets.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• English proficiency and clear communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• First point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and sales-driven.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and services during customer interactions.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle inquiries; stay organized and service-oriented.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain knowledge of SIXT fleet and products.
