Job summary

SIXT in Dallas is seeking a customer-focused sales and service professional. You will be the first point of contact, professionally representing SIXT and driving sales while providing outstanding service.

The role is full-time with an hourly rate of $17.25 and uncapped bonuses, reflecting a strong earnings potential. You will upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, while handling rental agreements and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Love sales with proven upselling and closing skills.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Flexible, team-oriented and available for shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
