Rain for Rent in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a New Product Development Manager to own the identification, evaluation, development, commercialization, launch, training, and adoption of new rental products during the first 0-24 months of the lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Rental Fleet, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and NPD Engineers to turn market opportunities into profitable rental offerings by supporting successful commercialization, launch plans, pricing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in product management, development, fleet management, engineering, commercialization, or industrial rental operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new rental product opportunities and build business cases.
• Lead product development stage-gate processes for new rental fleet products.
• Coordinate pilots, validate customer demand, and prepare products for fleet introduction.
• Develop launch plans, pricing strategies, and product positioning for market introduction.
• Train Sales and Operations teams on new products and ensure field adoption.
