Job summary

RentSpree is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a meaningful part of our rental product, from discovery to shipped outcome. You'll set direction, prototype your ideas, and drive a cross-functional squad to measurable results.

You'll stay close to customers, translate feedback into testable hypotheses, prototype demos, and align Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders toward shared goals. This role requires 8+ years in product management and a track record of shipping outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
• Decisiveness under ambiguity: synthesize, decide, and move with imperfect information.
• Balanced judgment across signal: weigh qualitative and quantitative inputs to act.
• Strong communication and product taste with ability to tell the story of bets.
• Experience aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes on your product surface: translate direction into a roadmap and deliver against it.
• Stay close to customers, talk to them directly and turn what you hear into testable hypotheses.
• Prototype working demos to showcase and pressure-test your ideas.
• Drive Engineering, Design, Data and cross-functional stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Define success metrics, track them, and surface progress and risk early.
