Job summary

Redfin is seeking a talented product leader to own rentals across Redfin, Rent.com, and ApartmentGuide.com, guiding strategy and growth from search to contact. You’ll lead a team of four product managers and partner with the multi-family business owner to define the product for property managers and landlords.

You’ll also steer how renters become buyers, and ensure the end-to-end experience meets the needs of renters and landlords alike.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale.
• 4+ years leading and developing Product Managers with high-performing teams.
• Experience in building B2B, marketplace, or supply-side products.
• Proven success with 0-to-1 initiatives and cross-functional leadership.
• Strategic and execution-oriented with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy for rentals across Redfin, Rent.com, and ApartmentGuide.com.
• Own end-to-end roadmap from search to engagement and contact with properties.
• Define and launch roadmaps for property management companies and listings.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of four product managers.
• Align executives and stakeholders around strategy, tradeoffs, and results.
