Golden State Communications, Inc. is seeking a Rental Manager to lead our rental operations in a full-time on-site role in California. You will drive strategic plans, manage a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence to grow rental growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management, strong budgeting skills, and a proven ability to develop teams and maintain safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive operations management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM software; MS Office proficiency.
