Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our rental operations team. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred: In business administration, operations management, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong track record of success in leading and managing teams.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

Strong understanding of operational processes, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, CRM software).
