Job summary

Cisco Equipment seeks a rental management leader to oversee rental customers, equipment, and contracts while controlling utilization and costs across the rental department. This role is central to the company’s growth and operational success.

The ideal candidate will manage personnel, develop strategies with senior leaders, and ensure effective reporting and performance against targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with long- and short-range planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for diverse stakeholders.
• Five+ years in the field or similar firm with heavy equipment knowledge and some managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and control rental and contract maintenance activities to meet revenue goals within budget.
• Monitor market conditions and customer base trends to support programs.
• Hire and terminate all staff reporting to this position.
• Delegate duties while owning results and execution quality.
• Interact with customers to secure rentals and maintenance agreements per policy.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop detailed strategic plans for 3–5 years.
