Qualifications

• 7+ years in equipment rental, construction services, or related industry.
• 3+ years of direct P&L ownership with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling a business unit or department.
• Strong knowledge of fleet economics, market pricing, and rental operations.
• Experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and 12- to 24-month revenue plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and capital allocation.
• Build and optimize construction fleet and lifecycle management.
• Establish scalable dispatch, maintenance, billing, and compliance processes.
• Develop programs to drive customer retention, fleet utilization, and growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
