Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in rental management or a similar firm with knowledge of heavy construction/farm equipment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain company image.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and control rental and contract maintenance activities to meet revenue goals within budget.
• Monitor market conditions and customer base to support rental programs.
• Hire and supervise department staff and delegate duties with accountability for results.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies and action plans for annual and multi-year goals.
• Provide regular reporting on rental and maintenance activities and productivity metrics.
