Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management with a track record of leading and managing teams.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of operational processes, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with budget management, resource allocation and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM software.
