Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or business support.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, organize, and format information accurately following established processes.
• Strong data-gathering skills, with the ability to navigate complex information sources, evaluate details accurately, and turn findings into clear, reliable business insights.
• Preferred experience includes exposure to retail systems testing, parcel/shipping workflows, or seasonal event-based operations.

• Maintain accurate process setup for events and initiatives to improve consistency and scalability across markets.
• Review assigned accounts to ensure data accuracy in CRM, updating and validating information as needed.
• Provide proactive account support, follow-up and fast issue resolution to all customers.
• Assist with market activation efforts, new store openings, and seasonal outreach initiatives, including high-volume data collection.
• Support QA testing for stores to ensure operational readiness, sharing actionable insights that impact operational decision-making or processes.
• Audit orders for accuracy while identifying and tracking trends or anomalies that may impact business.
• Support the parcel reorder process, including monitoring trends for process improvements.
