Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Specialist II - Inventory Control for a remote role based in the Houston area. The position involves analyzing inventory shipment transactions and ensuring records are accurate in the system of record.

You will collaborate with retail locations, distribution centers, and finance to maintain precise inventory levels, support annual physical inventories, and resolve discrepancies with a focus on service quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service focused environment, preferably in an Inventory or Accounting role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn Inventory Management systems (Manhattan, Universe, etc).
• Ability to work well under pressure while providing superior customer service, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, problem solving, and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to profitability by assisting with store inventory management in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail locations, store operations, and distribution centers.
• Process and research issues from calls and emails in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Review store receiving documents and partner with stores to resolve errors.
• Oversee annual physical inventory including reconciliation, validation, adjustments, and reporting of results.
