Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Associate Outreach Operations Manager to support the Business Outreach Leadership team. You will organize outreach leads and sales, manage communications and accounting follow-up, and assist in managing projects across Business Operations.

Based in Houston, you will work with store teams and corporate partners in a fast-paced environment, maintaining calendars, tracking tasks and milestones, and driving timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience of 5+ years.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for Accounts Payable for Billing Follow-Up.
• Point of contact for all business outreach projects, communication, tracking of assigned tasks, status reports and meetings for product discussions and updates.
• Establish calendar of events around outreach events including conventions and business events locally and nationally.
• Develop KPI reporting and analytical support to the Business Operations Team as needed.
• Create and maintain a calendar to track outreach level events, projects and initiatives, and timelines.
