Worldwide Power Products, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Operations Coordinator in Houston to support sales, logistics, billing, and data management for the generator rental division.

The role acts as the operational hub between account managers, technicians, logistics, vendors, and customers, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in project coordination or rental operations.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or power generation is a plus.
• Familiarity with rental management software or CRM systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks or accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with rental inquiries and quotes.
• Coordinate deployment of rental equipment and confirm readiness.
• Maintain accurate records in rental software and data systems.
• Prepare 28-day billing cycles and review invoices.
• Coordinate transportation vendors and manage purchase orders.
• Monitor rental requests and maintain clear communication channels.
• Assist during emergencies and rapid generator deployments.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Rental team.
• Attend training and assist with special projects.
