Qualifications

• Basic understanding of equipment, types, availability, and rental process.
• Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within the guidelines assigned.
• High energy with a strong understanding of the revenue stream is a must.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude.
• Detail orientation and accuracy is a must.
• Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the ERG Way or rental.
• Expand our existing customer base by fostering relationships with current customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships to ensure customers receive a best-in-business sales, service, and support experience.
• Ensure customer education by sharing the latest ERG offerings.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requisitions, complaints, and general communications.
• Develop new sales techniques and strategies to increase market share.
