Qualifications

• One year or more sales experience preferred.
• DOT Regulated listed in job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Maintain accurate data in the marketing database.
• Maximize market rate opportunities and generate rental/lease leads.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure satisfaction.
