Job summary

Ryder in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Rental Management Trainee to fast-track into a leadership role via an 18–24 month accelerated program. You’ll gain hands-on training across Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing, building a complete leadership toolkit.

The program is fast-paced and cross-functional, with opportunities to lead a team, develop customer relationships, and contribute to growth while relocating within the region after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar degree.
• 1+ year customer service with issue resolution preferred.
• Proficient with computer literacy (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Handle the sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database
• Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
• Manage all rental asset processes including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
• Reconcile customer concerns to grow the current customer base
