Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar required.
• :One year or more customer service experience preferred.
• :Intermediate computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• :Handle the sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• :Maintain current and accurate data within the marketing database.
• :Responsible for generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
• :Manage all rental asset processes including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• :Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• :Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
• :Reconcile customer concerns to grow relationships.
