Expected to relocate if needed, this full-time, in-person program develops the toolkit to lead a team, improve operations, and drive performance across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or a related field.
• 1+ year of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and outbound solicitation for sales and rentals.
• Maintain accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness.
• Meet Ryder market share goals through sales and marketing initiatives.
