The role is in-person, Monday–Friday, with a starting salary of $50,000–$52,000 and a clear path to management. Eligibility includes a Bachelor's degree and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and drive sales leads.
• Maintain current data in the marketing/database systems.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including PM standards and cleanliness.
• Support compliance with company, local, state and federal requirements.
• On‑Call duties as scheduled by supervisor.
