Ryder System, Inc. is offering a Rental Management Trainee program designed to develop your sales, operations, and management skills. The role involves rotating through branches, supporting location and regional management, and progressing toward leadership within 12–24 months depending on performance.

The program includes structured weeks, Saturday rotations, competitive pay with OT, full benefits, and 401(k) employer matching. A strong focus on developing future leaders is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• One year or more customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level is required.

Responsabilités

• Handle sales processes for inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used-vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness.
• Aim to meet Ryder market share through sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Resolve customer concerns to grow the customer base.
