You will work with the Rental Manager to ensure availability and readiness for delivery and oversee dispatch efficiency.

This hourly, full-time role requires strong organizational and communication skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college courses in business admin preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental inquiries and assess pricing/availability.
• Prepare and manage transportation paperwork; ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain rental contracts and invoicing; process COD payments.
• Schedule transportation for all units and communicate deliveries to customers.
