Holt of California in Stockton, CA, is seeking an equipment rental coordinator to assist with renting equipment and support sales reps through the full rental and sales cycle, including dispatching drivers.

The role involves coordinating shop work, deliveries, and invoicing, plus handling paperwork for demos and used equipment. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent; 1–2 years construction equipment and rental experience.
• Ability to read business materials and coordinate paperwork.
• Strong communication and clerical skills to support sales and rental operations.

Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and sales requests for rental equipment.
• Coordinate shop work, deliveries, computer generated agreements and invoicing.
• Handle paperwork for demo or sale of rental/used equipment.
• Coordinate all rental, used, and demo hauling through central dispatch.
• Work with credit department for customer credit authorizations.
• Work with rental yard technician on check-out and check-in of equipment.
• Assist Rental Manager on special projects and inventories including physical inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
