Job summary

The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is seeking a Rental Income Specialist to audit rental property data, establish gross rent multipliers, and set assessments for the income approach. You will enter data into CAMA software and support field inspections in Wayne Township.

The role requires Indiana assessor licensing knowledge, strong data entry skills, and the ability to communicate with taxpayers and tax representatives during hearings and appeals with PTABOA and IBTR.

Qualifications

• Must have Indiana Assessor-Appraiser licensing requirements and ongoing CE.
• Strong data entry and data management capabilities.
• Experience with property taxation and appeal processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and enter rental data to determine gross rent multipliers.
• Assist with PTABOA hearings and provide testimony as needed.
• Maintain and analyze market rental data and prepare reports.
• Create spreadsheets to track rental information and yearly changes.
