Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rental housing program operations including eligibility, leasing, inspections, and compliance.
• Coach, mentor, and collaborate with a skilled team.
• Ensure smooth processes for eligibility, recertifications, inspections, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics to meet HUD and City requirements.
• Build and maintain partnerships with landlords and community organizations.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote integrity, accessibility, and excellent customer service in all interactions.
