Job summary

Mount Rogers Community Services seeks a Behavioral Health Housing Supervisor to lead PSH and PPW services across its service areas in Virginia. The role supervises housing staff, coordinates daily operations, and ensures housing stability for participants in coordination with partners and providers.

The candidate will monitor compliance, support quality assurance, and engage with community stakeholders to optimize service delivery and housing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Three years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to travel throughout Wythe and Bland Counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to Housing Staff.
• Coordinate daily operations of PSH and PPW services.
• Monitor documentation, outcomes, and ensure program compliance.
• Assist with on-call crisis response and incident documentation.
• Represent MRCS in local housing and community meetings.
• Support program reporting, data tracking, and quality improvement.
