Qualifications

• Coach and mentor a team to ensure compassionate, efficient, and equitable service.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to HUD and City requirements.
• Cultivate partnerships with landlords, partner agencies, and community organizations.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and outcomes for residents.
