Job summary

Two Coast Living in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Leasing Manager to supervise the leasing team, drive weekly occupancy goals, and provide superior service to current and prospective residents. You will lead tours, process applications and fees, and support move-ins to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years leasing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a small leasing team and meet weekly goals.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing activities and supervise a small leasing team to meet weekly goals.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours of market-ready apartments, and answer questions.
• Process applications and fees and support move-in date to ensure a smooth transition.
• Negotiate renewals and build rapport with current residents to encourage retention.
